Services and Fees

Individual session is 50 minutes in duration and $200. 

With a referral from your GP and Mental Health Care Plan a Medicare rebate of approximately $137. 

Old Bar Psychology Clinic sees individuals who are self-managed, or plan managed through the NDIS. Old Bar Psychology Clinic also sees individuals through Department of Veteran Affairs and Workcover.

Supervision for Provisional, Registered and Clinical Psychologists face to face or online video call $200.

Fee is based per hour on duration of assessment, scoring and report writing. Initial consult is $222.99 per 60 min with a quote of service provided thereafter.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at late notice, it is unlikely this gap will be filled.  Late cancellations result in loss of time and income to the Psychologist and also means other clients have lost an opportunity for an appointment.

With this in mind, Old Bar Psychology Clinic has a cancellation policy.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least two clear business days' notice to avoid paying a cancellation fee. 

Please Note No Medicare rebate is available for cancelled sessions.
